The airport center of the mail-order services is under construction on sixteen thousand square meters
The air cargo traffic at the Liszt Ferenc International Airport in Budapest has increased significantly, by 26.8 percent in January, compared to the previous year – the Budapest Airport told MTI on Tuesday.
According to the data of the airport operator; in January last year 5114 tons of goods came and went from Ferihegy, while in January this year, the monthly traffic increased to 6487 tonnes.
The good performance of the Hungarian manufacturing industry and the international traffic of the high value-added goods – including electronics, pharmaceuticals, advanced automotive components – contributed to the growth. (MTI)
