Presidency and members’ meetings
At the end of February there was a meeting for the presidency and for the members of the Guild of Hungarian Restaurateurs (MVI). President László Kovács evaluated 2018 and reported on the finances of the guild – it turned out that there are no financial problems. The guild will represent interests, sponsor youth competitions, organise the annual gala dinner and a culinary trip to the Czech Republic and Austria. Károly Zerényi spoke about the guild’s role in the GINOP and MKIK ÁKT projects. Rudolf Semsei recommended extending the #switchoff movement to the hospitality sector. Zoltán Kis shared the most important information about the WorldSkills competition. //
