Taking care of talents
Éva Vojtek, project manager of the sweeTEN programme talked to our magazine about their objective: to have more well-trained young confectioners with the latest knowledge and skills. The guild pays special attention to give modern knowledge to young talents. sweeTEN is a pilot project that lasts for 1 year. It aims at improving the professional competences of the selected 10 young confectioners. The programme is open to anyone but there are many requirements to be met. For the time being participants don’t get a diploma at the end of the course. They will give participants the chance to do internships in France and learn at various courses in Hungary.Participants will meet once a month and they need to come to the classes well-prepared. //
