Last year the sales of electric cars in Hungary increased by more than 40 percent
Last year, dealers sold 1,803 new electric cars in Hungary, which is a record. It is a 41 percent increase over the same period of last year. The majority of buyers were private individuals, the Vezess.hu website announced on Wednesday.
Compared to the practice of previous years, the motivation for buying has also changed, because in 2019 the protection of the environment was not the most important thing for the customers, but the millions of state and municipal benefits. (MTI)
