DairyX makes a breakthrough in dairy-free casein production
Israeli start-up DairyX Foods has made great progress in the production of dairy-free dairy products.

The company has developed a new technology to make casein products that can self-assemble into micelles, the primary building blocks of dairy products. DairyX’s new method enhances the gelation of casein micelles, allowing manufacturers to produce firm, stretchy and creamy products similar to traditional dairy products. //
