The Excellent Quality Food (KMÉ) trademark was present at the event, as the national quality system that also includes small producers in Hungary. The Kislépték Egyesület organized the domestic short supply chain (REL) professional day in cooperation with the Hungarian National Rural Network, the National Chamber of Agriculture and the Körösök Valley Nature Park. The focus of the program was on the professional lectures, so that consultants, authorities and producers alike could get the most up-to-date knowledge about the operation of the short supply chain. The KMÉ trademark joined the exhibitors with the aim of presenting the advantages of the national quality system and the continuously growing range of tenderable products to those interested. But our presence and professional support are also of particular importance, because the KMÉ will be assigned increasingly important tasks in the development of the REL in the future, including in the field of public catering.
