Swedish research: filtered coffee is the healthiest
Scientists have researched the healthiest way to make coffee: examining the relationship between different methods and heart attack and mortality, the survey has found that filtered coffee is best for health.
Their findings were reported in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, the journal of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC).
“Our study provides strong and convincing evidence for correlations between coffee-making patterns and heart attacks” – Dag S. Thelle, a scientist at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden said. (MTI)
