Superb performance at the young chef world championship
Alexandra Pereszlényi, the sous-chef of Gundel finished 4th at the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs competition, held in Frankfurt this September. Amelia Mei Vern Ng from Malaysia (Hotel Istana, Kuala Lumpur) won the international competition, the runner-up was Michel Oude Booijink from the Netherlands and Christopher Allan Malone from Australia finished 3rd. //
