The retailers consider rents high in the malls- writes [origo]. Behind the conflicts, the decrease of turnover lies.
According to the datas of the Central Statistical Office (KSH), between 2007 and 2010 retail trade turnover decreased every year, compared to the previous year. Last year, this trend has stopped, the Central Statistical Office measured a minimal growth, but this did not cause boom at the companies.
According to Dun & Bradstreet data provider, in Hungary every ten small companies are dealing with retail trade, and the proportion of bankruptcies among them increased over 4 percent. [origo]
