EU sanctions against Russia cause damages to Hungary
The embargo imposed against Russia and Russia's response cause much damages to Hungary – the Minister of State of Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Affairs said at a CIS Club event in Budapest on Wednesday.
“As EU Member State, we voted for the EU sanctions, and of course we keep on with them, but it hurts” – Szabó László said. Hungary’s loss in agricultural exports is one million US Dollars per 3-4 days, since the beginning of August, so since the introduction of the sanctions the total loss is approximately 85 million USD – he added.
