Successful, but not so successful
Mobile food sales continue to be a successful branch of gastronomy: the Food Truck Show (FTS) was invited to 40% more venues and events in 2023.

2023 saw a 30 per cent increase in sales

This year the FTS has expanded to 30 cities, but visitors didn’t spend as much more at the events as much prices increased. Although sales were up 10-15% compared to last year, food truck operators had to reduce their profit margins, otherwise their products would have been unsellable. //
