Sales increase in both value and volume
Annual deodorant sales are just below HUF 18 billion. Both value and volume sales increased by 3 percent in the February 2016 and January 2017 period. Sales are very much concentrated: drugstores and shops with a floor space above 2,500m² were responsible for 81 percent of value sales. Manufacturer brands stayed strong as they realised 97 percent of value sales in the examined period.
