Extraordinary announcements from P&G at this year’s Business Days 2022 conference
Procter&Gamble’s sustainable packaging system was awarded in the product and service category at this year’s Trade Magazine’s Symbol of Sustainability competition. The professional award was received by Gabriel Makki, Central European Sales Director, at the award ceremony held as part of the Business Days 2022 conference.

The company’s latest developments were also presented at the sustainability round table
Procter&Gamble entered the Sustainability Symbol competition announced for the third time with its rechargeable system (aluminum bottle and refill bag) developed for its hair care products, and won the professional sustainability award in the product/service category. Based on the company’s product life cycle research (LCA), the largest part of the product’s ecological footprint comes from consumer use, so they set a goal to promote sustainable consumption with their new packaging system.
At the sustainability round table of the Business Days 2022 conference, Gabriel Makki, the company’s Central European sales director, talked with the leaders of national retail networks and suppliers about plastic reduction, energy saving, and waste recycling, among other things, and was the first to announce P&G’s latest innovations here.
