Wiesbauer-Dunahús rolls out premium product
Wiesbauer-Dunahús Kft. entered the market with a new premium-category product. The company is a Hungarian Product trademark user and plans to extend trademark use to its own branded products. The company was among the first to start making soy-, lactose- and gluten-free processed meat products.
Sales manager Zsolt Kazai told our magazine that they are proud to be one of Hungary’s leading wiener/frankfurter and grill product makers – in the latter category they have a market share above 20 percent. Their latest innovation is Krakowska sausage in plain and black pepper versions. This high-quality smoked and roasted meat product is made from selected pork thigh meat. Thanks to the special heat treatment process used, the product doesn’t dry, it remains juicy. //
