ALDI supports the Go Pink Initiative for the fifth time
The ALDI Magyarország Élelmiszer Bt. is participating in the Go Pink Initiative for the fifth time, which in October every year attracts attention to the importance of fighting against breast cancer worldwide. This year, the supermarket chain continues its awareness campaign with new partners, while also providing opportunities for its customers to be actively involved in ALDI’s beneficial action.
Breast cancer recognized in time can be cured with good chances. But to treat it, healthy eating, regular exercise, and managing everyday stress are indispensable. In addition, women are strongly advised to take part in regular screening tests, and breast self-testing can save lives as earlier they recognize the lesion, the earlier healing can begin.
ALDI, together with Bio-Fungi Ltd., are supporting the initiative for five years together, supporting anti-cancer organizations with a total of about 3 million HUF worth donations.
