A national campaign was launched to promote rabbit meat consumption at the Auchan store in Budaörs.
At the event Nagy István, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and the main patron of the Promotion, dr. Végváriné Henter Lilla, spokesman for the Agrarian Marketing Center, Juráskó Róbert, Chairman of the Rabbit Interprofessional Organization and Product Board, and Balogh Gabriella, Auchan’s Purchasing Director, launched the campaign. At the opening ceremony, master chef Bede Róbert made delicious rabbit dishes for those who interested. Over the next few weeks, it will be possible to spot and taste the rabbit dishes at a number of locations throughout the country.
