OKSZ: even though demand for durable food has increased slightly, the security of supply is not at risk
Turnover data for the last 24 hours show that demand for certain durable foods has slightly increased in the member companies of OKSZ, according to the OKSZ announcement. The Trade Alliance continues to emphasize the ability of member companies to guarantee security of supply without having to rely on the current shortage of food for durable food.
Not only is the availability of supplies in stores, and shelves are constantly replenished, but in some cases it may not be possible to keep up with the demand for certain durable food products in a shorter period of time. Supermarkets can handle such cases properly, as in periods of historically high traffic, at department store level.
