Phones are getting smarter
62 percent of Hungarian internet users above the age of 18 use a smartphone and 51 percent use it to go online. In the last 18 months the number of smartphone owners grew by 15 percent among internet users – according to a study conducted by eNET. 94 percent of those with a smartphone use the device to access the internet to view online content on its display. 55 percent have a mobile internet subscription and use Wi-Fi as well, while 36 percent only go online using a Wi-Fi network.
