OECD: the crisis could take more than 1 percentage point of the global economy’s growth this year
In its first assessment by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) of the economic and social impact and political consequences of the war in Ukraine, Russia’s invasion caused a humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, destroying lives, homes and infrastructure while disrupting the global economic recovery, after the pandemic.
