Payments have risen in the competitive sphere
The wage survey of Hays Hungary, one of the country’s leading employment agencies has been published for the eighth time.
The wage survey shows that in 2017, the salaries of 79 percent of the workers had increased. On average, salaries have risen by 9 percent since last year, which was mainly observed at starting positions. More than half of the employees are loyal to their employer and spend up to 3-5 years in one position.
