An increase in advertising spendings in 2015
Advertising spendings in 2015 increased by 2.81 percent and amounted to 194.37 billion HUF, compared to the 189.05 billion HUF of 2014 – Hivatal Péter, a member of the Hungarian Advertising Association’s Executive Management at the Executive of the Evolution & Mobile Hungary 2016 conference on Wednesday in Budapest.
He emphasized that the digital, online advertising spendings rose the most by 14.4 percent and took the lead from Television with its 27.6 percent share.
Urbán Zsolt, President of the Hungarian Advertising Association assessed that the market has stabilized and recovering, while the 5.3 percent advertising tax took much of the advertising spending growth.
