No more queuing at Marks&Spencer
Marks & Spencer has launched a new ‘Mobile, Pay, Go’ service, enabling customers to pick up lunch in under 40 seconds. Since the rollout in Waterside more than 20 percent of all sales in the store have been made on smartphones, with 170 items being purchased through the app every hour. Shoppers simply have to open up the M&S app when in-store, scan their chosen products and pay for them using Apple Pay or via their M&S.com account.
