Nébih guides for cutting food waste
Four working groups of the No Leftover programme of the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) have compiled guidance documents that can help in preventing the production of food waste and in reducing the volume of food wasted. There are 1.8 million tons of food wasted in Hungary every year – a large proportion in households. Food businesses in the HoReCa sector, retail trade, the industry and the non-governmental sector can download the guides for free from the NÉBIH and the No Leftover websites. //
