Marlboro, Multifilter, Philip Morris, Benson & Hedges, Golden Gate, Symphonia, Mustang, Főnix, West, Gauloises, Davidoff – all these brands will soon disappear from the shelves of the tobacco shops, because neither the Philip Morris, nor the Imperial Tobacco agreed with the government about the tobacco supply until 17 November.

As it is known, the company of Sánta János, the Tabán Trafik and the British American Tobacco (BAT) won the concession at the competition that is debated and criticized by the EU. The National Tobacco Supplier gains 3 percent from the price of a pack of cigarettes, however, the manufacturers will be forced to raise prices higher. (index.hu, Jenei Miklós)
