All fats are bad?
Like eggs, margarine, or sugar, from time to time, fat becomes the number one public enemy in nutritional recommendations. Thus, it is no wonder that the various fats and oils consumed during everyday meals are surrounded by many misunderstandings.
Fats also naturally contain trans fatty acids, even cold-pressed olive oil. Higher heat can also cause trans fatty acids to be formed during home cooking, so it is impossible to completely eliminate them from a normal, mixed diet.
