All generations agree that the youngest find work the easiest
In a representative research, Profession.hu examined what is true about the stereotypes of the three generations most active on the job market. There is much less difference between the world view and the attitude to work of the X, Y and Z generations than we might think at first, but each group believes that those who started their careers before them had an easier time in life.
Young workers tend to think that everything was much easier on the job market in the past, while older people often think that newcomers are less persistent than themselves. The market-leading job portal asked members of the three most active generations, X (1965-1979), Y (1980-1994) and Z (1995-2004), about their attitudes and experiences.
