Organic food in mass catering?
The Hungarian Organic Culture Association has launched a petition for organic food to be used in public sector catering, but industry experts say the initiative is currently suffering from several flaws.

Instead of revolution, conscious building is needed

According to the National Association of Public Sector Catering Service Providers (KÖZSZÖV), although the goal is noble, the current volume of domestic organic production, the level of processing and the lack of logistics infrastructure don’t make the mass introduction of organic food possible.
