Meny: 34 percent less bread wasted
In the past 6 months Norwegian retail chain Meny has cut down on food waste generated from bread by 34 percent. The retail chain hopes to save the equivalent of over 1 million loaves of bread from being wasted in a year. Meny wants to reduce its total food waste by 50 percent by 2025.
