More than one billion HUF fine for unfair distribution behavior in one and a half year
In the past one and a half year more than billion HUF fines were imposed because of unfair distribution practices – was told at Monday's meeting of the Consumer Food Safety Sub-Committee of the Parliament, where members of the opposition did not participate.
Gyaraky ZoltánVM Head of Department told that last year six comprehensive controls were carried out, five of them ended with a total fine of 780 million HUF. The maximum fine was 198 million HUF. This year, nine controls were carried out, that ended with a decision in four cases, and a fine of 321 million HUF, while the largest fine was 136 million HUF – reports MTI.
