A Hungarian chef also competed for the title of the world’s best foreign chef in Japan
After being the best “Foreign Japanese” chef in September, Kurkó Zsolt competed with the world’s best chefs at the Washoku World Challenge on Saturday in Tokyo.
Kurkó Zsolt, the chef of the Sushi Sei restaurant in Budapest told M1 news channel on Tuesday that the jury took almost everything into consideration from dresses to preparations and cooking techniques. (MTI)
