Magazine: The world is ours
GfK’s Eating Habits Survey studies what and how Hungarians like to eat every second year. The survey found that world trends don’t stop at Hungary’s borders. GfK client service director Rita Vella told that although Hungarians reject artificial colouring, flavouring and preservative use, they pay less attention to the fat and carbohydrate content of food.
The majority think they ‘eat normally’ or they ‘eat what they like’. Hungarians eat more often a day than they used to: elevenses and tea are becoming part of the routine.
