Nearly 200 Best of diplomas in 2019
The Best of Budapest & Hungary prize has made great progress since 1994: at this year’s award gala nearly 200 Best of diplomas were presented to hospitality businesses in 31 categories. Some of the winners: Culinary Entrepreneurs of the Year – Péter Szternák and János Macsinka (Macok Bisztró, Eger); Restaurateur of the Year in Budapest: Classic – Tian Hua Ying (Hong Kong), Modern – András Gendur (La Perle Noire); Chef of the Year – Eszter Palágyi (Coste). //
