On December 15, 2022, the European Commission announced that the European Parliament and the Council had agreed on a directive on wage transparency. New regulations are being introduced, which provide many concrete advantages and make the labor market more transparent.
The No Fluff Jobs IT job portal has collected the specific changes that will soon be new standards on the labor market. To encourage the transparency of the job market, the company launched a social campaign in September of this year in order to make it mandatory to indicate the salary range in job offers.
