Eco-friendly sous vide cooking

Hungary’s first restaurant with two Michelin stars and Startup Plastic Surgery have launched an incubation programme for substituting protective atmosphere packaging with an eco-friendly solution. In November 2022 the start-up hosted the third event of the programme, which was also joined by ONYX Műhely restaurant, which operates with a sustainability focus.
