Outstanding optimism in SME sector
After the stagnation of the beginning of the year the firms’ confidence in the has improved. The K&H SME confidence index is currently -7 points after the 7-point jump.
This is the largest positive shift of the recent years and the best result for nearly five years.
The businesses became more optimistic in terms of their revenue and result expectations, so the downward trend of the last year has stopped. The SMEs are calculating with an average of 5.7% turnover increase and 4.2% profits growth in the next year.
