The cooking oil market is a bit calmer, but the recipes have changed
Although the edible oil market seems to have calmed down a bit, and in Hungary we cannot speak of a general lack of edible oil at all, it cannot be said that there are absolutely no problems with sunflower edible oil used in the food industry. For example, there are foods where rapeseed or other vegetable oil is used in the recipe instead of sunflower, and some manufacturers have completely switched from sunflower oil to other vegetable or even animal ingredients.
