K&H SME confidence index: do the domestic enterprises passed the low point?
After several years of nadir, the K&H SME confidence index increased. The K&H SME confidence index is indicating the one-year expectations of the domestic businesses.
The K&H SME confidence index based on the surveying of 700 leading domestic SMEs adjusted upward, compared to nadir of the previous quarter, currently standing on -32 points. Although after a quarterly improvement, we cannot talk about trend change, but it is an important fact that the previous half-year downward trend has been broken. The positive shift of the index can be observed in all revenue categories, but mostly the agricultural companies proved to be the most optimistic.
