Two hundred tons of fish at the Tisza Fish Festival
Thousands of people to be hosted during the three days of the International Tisza Fish Festival in Szeged on the first weekend of September from Friday to Sunday.
Frank Sándor Venesz-award winning master chef, host of the festival said that the main venue for the program this year will be the Huszár Mátyás wharf, where they will cook Szeged fish soup in hundreds of giant cauldrons. For the three days of the festival, the organizers are preparing with almost seventy tons of fish fillets. (MTI)
