New rules for overtime
The employers and employee may have extra agreement about 300 hours overtime per year. normally overtime can't be more than 200 hours per year.
According to the new rules an individual pact may only sign,
when the employer can't get new staff for the scope of activities, or the
work needs special knowledges and
practice. The agreement must be in writing and guilty only for one year. 10% of
employes can be forced to the enlarged overtime.
