The Sirha International Food and Catering Exhibition will be held in February

The Sirha International Food and Catering Trade Fair will be held in Budapest on 7-9 February 2018. At the Sirha 2018 as in the previous year, exhibitors from nearly 20 countries will be present – Ganczer Gábor, CEO of Hungexpo said at the event’s heralding press conference on Wednesday.

At the trade show, the food industry, the bakery and confectionery industry, the hotel and hospitality industry are offering the widest range of novelties, including food products, beverages, furniture, kitchen equipment and coffee-related products – the CEO told.

The number of exhibitors is expected to exceed last year’s 350 exhibitors – he added. (MTI)
