International Tisza Fish Festival will be held again in Szeged

Once again, the International Tisza Fish Festival will be held in Szeged from September 1, where many thousands of guests are expected from Hungary and beyond the borders.

At the three-day gastronomic show, everyone can taste the Hungarikum Tisza fishermen soup – Frank Sándor Venesz award-winning master chef said at Thursday’s press conference. He also told that the secret of the excellent Szegedi fishermen soup that he uses a variety of fish bones to prepare a basic soup, into which the fillet fish is cooked thoroughly afterwards. (MTI)
