According to the decree, every online shop operating in Hungary must offer the parcel delivery service of Hungarian Post as an option. Dr Barnabás Balczó said there is no change if the online shop already has a contract with MPL and it is active, but the contract has to be updated if it is inactive. If the webshop doesn’t have a contract with MPL, it has two options: registration or signing a contract. Compliance with the government regulation will be monitored not by Hungarian Post, but by the consumer protection authority. //
