Magazine: Hungarian cooking ingredients in public sector catering kitchens
A new programme called HAMM has been launched. The abbreviation stands for Hungarian Ingredients in Public Sector Catering Kitchens. Hungast Group, the biggest player in the Hungarian public sector catering market, organised a conference about this topic in October. Within the framework of this a strategic cooperation agreement was signed with Univer Zrt. and Gyermelyi Zrt. Patron of the conference Róbert Zsigó, secretary of state responsible for food chain supervision told: public sector catering can only make progress if healthier meals are cooked, using better ingredients which come from selected suppliers. //
