Henkel’s sustainability results

Henkel has published its 32nd Sustainability Report. The company reduced its CO2 emissions by 55% (per tonne of product), and it increased the share of renewable electricity use at production sites to 70%. Nearly 87% of the packaging is designed for recycling and reuse, and Henkel managed to reduce waste per product tonne by 43%. With its CSR work, Henkel has been able to help more than 30 million people since 2010, making a major contribution to fighting COVID 19, and supporting the victims of the war in Ukraine through an EUR 6m solidarity programme.
