MARS launches a three-year leadership training program

One of the world’s largest confectionery, food and pet food companies MARS launches a three-year leadership training program called Mars Leadership Experience (MLE). The program is looking for ambitious graduates who wish to pursue an international career and give them the opportunity to test themselves as a member of the company’s management.

MLE helps you take advantage of opportunities, develop capabilities, and offers a great opportunity for participants to start their careers. During the three-year program, trainees can meet a wide range of challenges, continually expanding responsibilities, individual projects and different positions, and finally have the opportunity to fill one of Mars 250’s top management positions.
