Hamvas Zoltán: a huge development in Hungarian gastronomy
Hospitality in Hungary has undergone a tremendous development over the last fifteen years, and Budapest has become one of the gastronomic centers of the region – the president of the Hungarian Bocuse d’Or Academy told M1 news channel.
Hamvas Zoltán reminded us of the increasing number of internationally recognized restaurants in the capital, and one of the world’s most renowned gastronomy guides, Michelin now has five one-star and one two-star restaurants. (MTI)
