Dreher introduces functional non-alcoholic beer
Dreher Breweries is introducing a non-alcoholic beer with a special composition, made with carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions, to the Hungarian market. The composition of Dreher 24 Hydrate, which comes in two flavors, helps with water absorption during physical activity, thus targeting adults with active lifestyles.
The category of flavored non-alcoholic beers is an extremely dynamically developing segment in Hungary, both in terms of innovation and sales volume. Dreher Breweries is not only following the trend, but also shaping it: for the past 6 years, they have started each season by introducing at least one new variant. The portfolio of five flavors currently available is complemented by two new flavors of the new product family, and with a twist that is not yet known in Hungary.
The 0.0 percent alcohol, Mango-Lemon and Lychee-Lemon flavored Dreher 24 Hydrate carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions enhance water absorption during physical activity and thus open up a new category for consumers living an active lifestyle.
“As in Western Europe, the trend can also be observed here in Hungary, where non-alcoholic beers are becoming increasingly popular due to the spread of a health-conscious lifestyle, and consumers are looking for functional drinks in addition to their traditional choices. That is why we are confident in the success of Dreher 24 Hydrate, which, in addition to its usual delicious and refreshing flavors, also helps with hydration with its special composition”
– said Szymon Skoczylas, Marketing Director of Dreher Breweries.
