France sends a Michelin-starred chef to the Bocuse d'Or to Budapest
Laurent Lemal, the chef a Michelin-star restaurant will represent France in the world's most prestigious cooking competition. Laurent Lemal won the French finals of Bocuse d'Or’s on Tuesday. The Bocuse d'Or’s European finals will take place in May in Budapest – the organizers told.
“I am very happy and proud of the recognition of my colleagues and to the fact that I will represent France at the next competition” – the winner said. Laurent Lemal is the chef of the Michelin-starred La Coopérative restaurant, situated in Bélesta, southwest France. (MTI)
