Barry Callebaut to continue production in Belgian factory
In early August Barry Callebaut restarted production in its chocolate factory Belgium. The chocolate maker stopped manufacturing at the end of June, after discovering salmonella in a production lot. Lecithin was the source of the contamination and since then the company cleaned the chocolate production lines.
