Disinfecting during the Covid-19 pandemic
It doesn’t come as a surprise that the Covid-19 pandemic significantly increased the demand for cleaning products, especially for disinfectants.
In the first seven months of 2020 cleaning product volume sales jumped 22 percent and value sales soared by 32 percent. Both the number of buyers and the basket size increased. Due to the Covid-19 panic sales peaked in March-April, but they returned back to normal afterwards. //
